Far from now in November I had a video call with Carla. Probably most of you know I love calls and video chats more than writing. ⠀

And I was sharing with her my plans and designs for upcoming issues. One of the theme was countryside… I immediately knew what I was going to make. We all have a special place from which we draw our strength and soul peace. My special place is in the Ukrainian countryside where my grandmother had a cottage (in Ukrainian we call it “hatka”) and I spent all my summer breaks as a kid. ⠀

I created this design to share with you the best memories and beauty of my native country. And it’s available already online in the newest issue 58 of a Needle Pulling Thread @anptmagazine! It’s more than interesting. ⠀
